This page says exactly what data NOOR collects, why, who it is passed to and how long it is kept. This page is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails. For any question: info@nooraistudio.com.
Who processes your data

What we collect, and only that
- At order time — name, email address and billing address, passed on by Stripe at payment.
- During the work — what you send us yourself: brief, product photos, brand assets, account credentials if you ask us to post on your behalf.
- By email — the content of our exchanges.
The website ne dépose aucun cookie et n'utilise aucun outil de mesure d'audience. No advertising trackers, no pixels, no browsing analytics. So this page has no banner to accept.
Why
- To carry out the order and deliver to you.
- To issue the invoice and keep the accounts, as the law requires.
- To answer you when you write.
Nothing else. No data is sold, rented or passed on for advertising purposes.
Who else has access
Three technical providers, each for one single reason:
- Stripe — payment. Stripe collects and stores the card data; NOOR never has access to it and stores none of it.
- Vercel — hosting for this site.
- IONOS — the domain name and the mailbox.
For how long
- Invoices and accounting records — the applicable statutory retention period, counted in years.
- Briefs, photos and files you entrust to us — deleted on request, and no later than twelve months after the work ends.
- Emails — three years after the last exchange.
Your rights
You can ask to access your data, correct it, have it erased, obtain a copy of it, or object to its processing. Write to info@nooraistudio.com : we answer within thirty days. If the answer doesn't satisfy you, you can refer the matter to the competent data protection authority in your country.
The visuals and the faces
The people you see in our images do not exist : they are generated. No photograph of a real person is used, so no biometric data is collected or processed.
